We do not accept cancellations or exchanges after an order has been confirmed. We do not accept changes in order details such as size or color difference.
Exchanges and returns are accepted only if the delivered product is different from your order or defective. Please note that we may have to inform you of the return instead of the exchange if the prodcut is out-of-stock.

2. Send us the photos we requested by e-mail. We will check the photos carefully and let you know if we are able to accept the exchange.
3. Return the product. We sent you DHL return Waybill by e-mail. Please print it out and stick it to the retun package. You can arrange pick-up from an email we set to be sent from DHL. We cover all cost including shippping fee and customs.
4. We check the product we received from you. After we check the condition carefully, we will proceed the new shipment with DHL. We will send you the tracking number after the product is shipped. We cover all cost including shippping fee and customs.

Every year, leather tanning around the globe uses an estimated 400 billion liters of water. ECCO Leather has pioneered DriTan™, a revolutionary new tanning process that tans without water. This saves 20 liters of water per hide, translating to about 5 liters of water per bag, and 25 million liters of water saved annually. That's enough water to keep 9,000 people hydrated for one year. Plus, DriTan™ technology also considerably reduces the amount of chemicals used and lowers the wastewater production.
